Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. No card required. The Free plan tracks 10 proposals a month and lets you complete 3 onboardings total per account (unlimited in progress), with full open, read-time, and re-open alerts. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
What's the Founding Lifetime deal?+
For 7 days only, pay $149.89 once and get the Pro plan — unlimited tracked proposals, 20 completed onboardings a month, and all AI features — yours forever, with no subscription and every future Pro update included. It's a founding-member deal to reward early adopters; once the window closes it's gone. Scale-only features (white-label, custom domains, cross-client analytics) stay on the monthly Scale plan.
What counts as an 'active client'?+
A client currently in onboarding. Leads and tracked proposals are generous on every plan, you only use an active-client slot when onboarding is genuinely in flight. Finish onboarding and the slot frees up.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual plans give you two months free, you pay for ten months and get twelve. You can switch between monthly and annual any time.
Do my clients pay anything or need an account?+
Never. Your clients open one magic link, no signup, no password, no fee. Pricing is per agency, not per client.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free. No lock-in.
